Love lets your spirits depart!
As the story begins, we meet Frederick Frankenstein, a committed scientist, as he begrudgingly inherits the family estate in Transylvania from his famed grandfather, Victor Frankenstein. After arriving at the castle, with help from his hunch-backed sidekick Igor and beautiful lab assistant Inga, Frederick works to revive the work of his grandfather until, at last, The Monster springs to life! Like any good monster, he escapes and takes his own journey of fame, growth and love, coming full circle in his return to Transylvania. From the creators of the record-breaking Broadway sensation, The Producers, which delighted WDI audiences in 2017, comes this monster new musical comedy. The comedy genius, Mel Brooks, has adapted his legendarily funny film into a brilliant stage creation. Young Frankenstein is rated PG13 and is sure to delight audiences from teen to adult age.
Young Frankenstein is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI. www.mtishows.com
